This man is one of the best to-style brewers I’ve ever met.

…In that case, my basic English Mild Ale recipe is:
- 5lbs pale liquid malt extract (or 4lbs of dry malt extract)
- 1/2 lb Crystal 60L
- 1/4 lb Chocolate Malt
- 1 oz Fuggle hop pellets
- English Ale yeast of choice
Steep the grains in 160 degree water for 15 minutes then remove. Add malt extract and bring to boil. 1/2 oz of hops at start of boil 1/4 oz after 45 minutes 1/4 oz after 55 minutes cool to pitching temp and pitch yeast. I sometimes rack to a secondary after 4-5 days, where to buy cheap xanax online, other times I just let it go to completion in the primary. Prime and bottle. I like to prime with brown sugar for this one.
